The Business Communication for IT and Business Specialists course is one of our most practical and in-demand programs. Designed for developers, managers, QA engineers, marketing specialists, and other professionals, this course helps you master real-world communication skills for the international workplace.
At the beginning of the course, you’ll take a short pretest, evaluate your strong and weak areas in communication, and your teacher will use it to personalize your learning journey. Your program will then be tailored using a curated selection out of over 20 communication topics relevant to your daily work.
During the course you'll learn 150–250 practical words and phrases used in real business contexts, as well as tactics and best practices for negotiating with clients, presenting ideas, or writing professional messages and emails.
